Who we are

Partneryn LTD runs the Partneryn app and the related website. When we say we or us in this policy, we mean Partneryn LTD. This page explains how we handle personal information in plain language. If you have a privacy question, write to hello@partneryn.com and we will do our best to help. We may update this page as the product grows, and the latest version will always live here.

Data we collect

What we collect depends on how you use Partneryn. We usually need your phone number to create a secure account. Your profile may include a name, username, photos, bio, interests, and a district style location. We also keep your age group so teens and adults stay in separate spaces. Device and log details help us keep the service stable and safe. Messages, call metadata, bookings, wallet activity, verification results from partners such as Yoti, and support emails you send us may also be processed when those features are in play.

3

How we use data

We use your information to create your account and keep it secure. We use it to show you people and content in your age group. We use it so messaging, plans, calls, and live moments can work. We process Connect Coin purchases and partner earnings when you use those tools. We also look for abuse, meet legal duties, and improve the product based on how people actually use it. We do not use your data for reasons that have nothing to do with running Partneryn safely.

4

Legal bases

Where UK GDPR and GDPR apply, we need a clear reason to process your data. Contract covers the work needed to give you the service you signed up for. Legitimate interests cover safety, fraud prevention, and careful product improvement. Consent covers cases where the law says we must ask first, such as some optional cookies or permissions. Legal obligation covers records we must keep because the law says so. If more than one reason applies, we still try to keep the purpose narrow and clear.

5

Sharing

We share data with trusted service providers who help us run Partneryn. That can include hosting, analytics, messaging delivery, payments, identity checks, and push notifications. Those partners only get what they need to do their job, and we expect them to protect it under contract. We may also share information if the law requires it or if we must act to protect someone's safety. We do not sell your personal information as a product.

6

International transfers

Partneryn may use tools and servers outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. When that happens, we look for proper safeguards. That can include Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms the law accepts. We choose partners carefully and review how they handle data. If you want more detail about a specific transfer, email us and we will explain what we can share.

7

Retention

We keep personal data only while we still need it for the reasons in this policy. That includes running your account, settling payments, and meeting legal and safety duties. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise what we no longer need. Some limited records may stay longer when the law or fraud prevention requires it. We review retention as the product and legal rules change.

8

Your rights

Your rights depend on where you live. You may be able to ask for a copy of your data, ask us to fix mistakes, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. You may also ask us to limit or object to some processing, or to move data you provided in a portable form. You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the ICO. Email hello@partneryn.com and we will guide you through the next step.

9

Security

We use security measures that match the risk of the data we hold. Traffic is protected in transit with modern encryption. Access to systems is limited to people who need it for their role. Sign-in uses your phone and a one-time code so passwords are not sitting in the open. Sensitive fields such as bank details for withdrawals are protected with extra care. No system is perfect, so please keep your device locked and never share your codes.

10

Children

Partneryn is not for children under 13. People aged 13 to 17 join the Teen space. People aged 18 and over join the Adult space. Those spaces stay separate for discovery, messaging, and related features. We take extra care with teen safety and content rules. If we learn that someone under 13 has created an account, we will act to close it and remove related data where we can.
