Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Partneryn LTD. By creating an account or using the Partneryn app or website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with the Privacy Policy and Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account. Questions can go to hello@partneryn.com before you continue.

Partneryn offers mobile apps and related services for social posting, messaging, plans, voice and video calls, live streaming, gifting, and wallet features using Connect Coins. Features can vary by region, age group, and verification status. We may add, change, or retire features as we learn what helps people connect safely. We will try to avoid sudden removals of core tools without notice when we can. Temporary outages can still happen.

You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13 to 17 join the Teen experience. Users aged 18 and over join the Adult experience. You must provide accurate information. Some features need identity verification through partners such as Yoti before they unlock.

Access requires phone number verification and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login codes with anyone. Contact us if you suspect someone else is using your account. We may lock or reset access to protect you and others.

You agree to follow our Community Rules and Safeguarding Policy. You must not misuse the platform, harm others, break the law, or try to bypass safety or age separations. Scams, harassment, and illegal content are banned. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. Report problems early so we can help.

Connect Coins are a virtual in-app currency used for eligible features such as calls, gifts, and bookings. Coins have no cash value outside Partneryn except where a withdrawal feature is expressly offered to eligible partners. Purchases are generally final once Coins are delivered. See the Payments and Refunds page for store and refund detail. By buying Coins you agree to immediate delivery of digital content where the law allows.

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Partneryn a worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that breaks the rules or the law. Back up anything important because we are not a long term archive service.

Partneryn's name, logos, product design, and software belong to Partneryn LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our brand or technology. Do not imply we endorse you without written permission. Respect other people's intellectual property too. Copyright complaints follow the process on our DMCA page.

Purchases may be processed by app stores such as Apple or Google, or by payment partners such as Stripe. Taxes, refunds, and billing disputes follow the rules of the store or processor plus any Partneryn refund policy we publish. Keep your payment methods secure. Contact the store first for store billed buys. Email us for wallet issues that are not store controlled.

You may delete your account in the app where that option exists. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or when the law requires it. Some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Unused Coins may be lost on deletion unless the law says otherwise. Settle eligible withdrawals before you leave if you can.

Partneryn is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that every user is who they claim to be. We do not guarantee that meetings arranged through Plans will meet your expectations. Always use good judgement offline and online.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partneryn LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. That includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud. Local consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still stand.

We may update these Terms as the product and laws change. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this site when we can. The latest version will always be published here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. That means you may still have rights to bring some claims closer to home when the law says so. Nothing here is meant to take away protections you cannot waive. Ask a local adviser if you need personal legal advice.

Please contact us first at hello@partneryn.com so we can try to resolve issues informally. If we cannot, disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law gives you another path. Coin purchases are also subject to our Payments and Refunds policy. Store billed disputes may need to go through Apple or Google. Keep records of receipts and dates to speed things up.
